The Rundown
This 130 ft x 340 ft (44,200 sq ft) fabric structure, installed by Legacy Building Solutions, is engineered for strength and resilience in challenging environments. The hot-dip galvanized steel frame supports a tan fabric exterior with a white translucent peak for natural light. Designed for full exposure, it meets a 20 psf roof snow load, 90 mph windspeed, Exposure C, and Seismic Zone C requirements. Ventilation is provided through RV roof vents and mesh-covered 18-inch eave overhangs. The structure includes overhead coiling doors on each endwall, a cast-in-place foundation, and is reinforced to support a 375 lb/ft conveyor load.

The new building will protect the salt supply.
It will be protected from being compromised by wind and precipitation. Once the general contractor completed the footings and floors, Legacy installed the fabric building very quickly, in about two weeks. It was a very positive process with professional communication between Legacy and Dewberry throughout the project.
